The Merano
BDG has been designated by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to develop Parcel 1B in the new Bulfinch Triangle/North Station area of Boston. Combined with the redevelopment of two adjacent buildings we currently own on Causeway and Medford Streets, this new project will include two hotels, office, retail/restaurant space and parking, totaling 480,000 square feet of mixed use.
